Order Cancellation
- Once the purchase is confirmed by you and the payment verified, the website shall process the order.
- Any order, once placed can be cancelled within 6 hours only. Orders cannot be cancelled after 6 hours of order placement.
- Confirmation of the order is subjected to the availability of the product.
- An order may be cancelled by parvartjewels.com due to unavailability of design/product/item or errors or minor damage in design/product/item or any other problems
- In case if the order is cancelled by parvartjewels.com , you will get refund of full paid amount. Please note any refund may take 1-3 working days depending upon payment method chosen by you.
- A refund will always be made to same credit/debit card or netbanking or UPI account through which the payment was made.
Refund and Returns Policy
- A return request is accepted only in case of a defective or damaged item.
- A clear, complete and one-shot parcel opening video is a must to request returns. A return request will not be accepted without a parcel opening video
- Once the price tag is removed from the item, it cannot be returned.
- To return an item you need to send a return request to contact@parvartjewels.com along with the parcel opening video.
- Once your return request is accepted you need to courier the product at your own expense to following address :

- Once the product is sent, you need to email courier tracking details to contact@parvartjewels.com
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

- If your refund takes time then please check with your credit card company or your bank. Sometimes it may take 7 to 15 days for a refund to get posted.
